In this unit the content is about classroom management, seating plans and which ones will be suited to your teaching style. It’s also about how gestures Eye contact and the tone of your voice can be used towards the students in order to maintain the students focus. It also talks about how to establish rapport between student and teacher. I feel like I really learnt about grouping students, pros and cons and which grouping style to use and when. For e.g whole class grouping for getting everybody involved and creating a sense of belonging. Pair grouping for for creating talking time and ease for the teacher to teach small pairs and solo grouping for the students to feel self reliant and easy for the teacher to talk one on one.
