In this unit, I learnt that the importance of making lesson plans.And a good teacher has to be a good planner. Because the writing of lesson plans has a lot of important function including an aid to planning, a working document and a record. It can help me think logically through the stages in relation,and it also helps me to keep on target.Besides these,a lesson plan also can be a material after a class has done. Of course I also notice that the content in a lesson plan is important,too.A helpful lesson plan reminds a teacher of remembering everything that we need in a class.And if we can run it though before having a lesson,the class will go very well.Finally,I want to say that self-evaluation can not be ignored.Because it can tell us how to improve our teaching skills and where our lessons could have been improved.
