I found this unit very useful in terms of how I will manage classes as a future TEFL teacher. There are many factors to be considered when deciding on class arrangement and groupings. I am sure that I will frequently refer back to this unit to manage classes. Establishing rapport is of particular importance because I believe this will allow discipline to be maintained more easily. Learning about the factors that contribute to establishing rapport and maintaining discipline was very interesting and most valuable.
