In this unit i have learned a whole bunch of different things that I did not know before. I learned how there are different types of syllables and how we classify them. I also learned how to read phonemeric symbols, as well as how those help us to properly say and sound out words. I always thought that this would be the hardest thing to teach to students, and I think it will be difficult but fun as well. I also learned a whole lot about the manner and place of articulation with speaking. I would say this has been the most beneficial unit so far.
