I learned the importance of records to track and plan out a lesson. It was very well explained that a general outline of the entire lesson is a great idea because it creates a structure to teach the information from, allows for improvement on lessons for the future, tracks material taught, and documents any visitors. I enjoyed seeing how different Engage ideas could be used as building blocks for the lesson: a brochure or discussion of animals/topic to start vocab/thinking about the lesson goal.
