It is nice learning about the future tense because I had never learned about the specific details of which tense to use to state various future events. Future simple over all seem to be general statements about the future that are either factual or spontaneous future events. Future continuous is about events progressing in the future. Future perfect is used for things that will be completed by a certain time in the future. Future perfect continuous states how long something will be going on at a future time. Be + going is for thought out intentions, predictions, and plans. Present simple is for impersonal and formal interactions or conveying schedules. Present continuous is for making non-specific plans or arrangements.
