As the title suggests, we looked at the classroom equipment and teaching aids. There are a number of different devices which can be used for an English class: regular boards, interactive white boards, cassettes, CDs, videos, OHTs etc. Each of them can be used efficiently during the class, which some preparation and testing prior to the class. Some of them are getting out of date, nevertheless can be equally used depending on what your school has and can afford. As far as the teaching aids concern, there are also a wide range of resources you should use to complement a textbook: pictures, photos, cut-outs, dictionaries, pod casts, broadcasts, authentic interviews whatsoever.
