Over all i feel i have learnt and understood the role the teacher plays and how important it is to be kind, considérate, patient, motivational and eager to teach to the leaners.
To understand the learners background and where they come from also makes a big diference in the teaching and learning process. We must be leaders but without taking over the classroom, by letting the students participate and interact in asking questions and activities.
