This unit is about ESA demonstration in class, it shows how teachers should begin a class with the Engage phase, making it easy for students to participate well in the whole lesson.Without the engage phase students get confused and dull,and lost interest in the class.Comparing the 2 videos in this Unit,in the first lesson the students couldn't participate well because the teacher just began the lesson and when they couldn't answer he keeps on asking more question which made it hard for the students to think clearly and which one to answer.In the 2nd video lesson,the teacher started with the engaged phase,smiles a lot and knows the students names,and involves all of them to participate.
