I found this unit to be quite challenging since I have never learned anything to do with the content in this unit before, it was my first time hearing about concepts such as phonemics so I downloaded a few phonemic charts to assist me further. Intonation patterns made sense when explained, where to add stress in a sentence confusing to think of at first even as a native speaker of English, but after warching the videos I understood the concept. I think this topic was the most difficult to grasp thus far and need to go over the content again to grasp it completely.
