In this chapter/unit i learned that conditionals are sentences that contain IF or WHEN which refer to past, present or future possibilities. There's Zero Conditional which refers to actions and facts that are irrefutable. There's First Conditional which talks about a REAL situation in the future that is possible, probable once the condition has been satisfied. There's Second Conditional which communicates a present or future "unreal" or hypothetical situation that is unlikely to ever be true. There's the Third Conditional which refers to a hypothetical past action and a hypothetical consequence or result. Lastly, there's Mixed Conditional which referes to a hypothetical past action or state and a hypothetical present consequence.
