A teacher's body language and attitude plays a great part in getting students engage in a lesson or class. Being confident as well as approachable with students give them courage to ask questions when unsure of their language ability. A well prepared lesson helps the lesson run smoothly as well as being flexible with students and their speaking ability. It is also important to be available for questioning but not hover and immediately correct with letting the student try to self correct first. Also I noticed from the videos that asking a question to provoke thinking of self correction can be useful.
