It is imperative for teachers and students to stay motivated to learn a new language. Otherwise, the lesson will become boring and uninteresting for both. Which will lead to a unproductive class and satisfactory results will not be obtained. Ultimately, teachers drive student learning, the more motivated a teacher is the better the outcome of their students learning will be. When students are happy and successful, teachers are more likely to enjoy their work. However, it is very normal for motivation to decrease over time. But, the type of activities conducted in the class will help to increase motivation for both the students and the teacher.
Nevertheless, after watching the two lessons, I strongly believe that a teachers motivation and spirit has a major role in the success of their students. Students will be more motivated to learn and will find the learning content much interesting. I would prefer to be a student and a teacher in the second lesson, as the teacher is much more happier and understanding towards his students.
