this unit focuses on Present Tense which means Present time. it has classified in 4 aspects i.e Present perfect, Present simple, Present Continuous and Present Perfect Continuous. Each aspects are classified in 3 forms, Affirmative (Positive), Negative and Question. Present Simple in affirmative terms is the simple sentence, in terms of negative it adds DO+NOT or DOES+NOT to the subject form and in question term it always starts with DO and ends with a ?mark. Present Continuous also known as Present Progressive also has 3 forms. In affirmative it uses BE+verb ending with ING. In negative it is BE+ NOT and verb ending with ING. In question form BE+verb ending with ing? Present Perfect relates to the Past with the Present. It focuses with word HAVE in all the forms and in negative it is HAVE+NOT. there are also contracted form such I've, She's, It's. Present Perfect Continuous also relates to Past in Present but it implies the activity to continue in future or the activity is in progress. It uses the form HAVE+BEEN+ verb ending with ING.
