This unit explained conditionals and reported speech. I learned that conditionals are sentences containing "if" and that there were five conditionals. They are as follows; zero, first, second, third and mixed. I have noted that students will find these difficult to create and have learned the teaching ideas for these conditionals. I also read about reported speech, direct speech and how to tell the difference between the two, noting that these areas should be taught slowly.
