This unit emphasis on the teachers and learners part. It describes what a good teacher is to be and what are the roles he/she needs to perform. Good teacher can be briefly explained when he/she is kind and patient, has good knowledge about the subject, have good interaction with the class and also should motivate learners without offending. There are about 9 roles of a teacher which is played during the class.the 2nd part of unit tells about Good learners which are defined with age, language level, motivation for learning etc. Learners are classified as Adults and Young Learners which further classify them in different learning experience such as Motivation, life experience, Nervousness, awareness about the language, behaviour. It also explains the language level in different grades such as Beginners, Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced level. Lastly it explains why English is Motivated to be learnt. For future career prospects, get good grades in class, communicate with colleagues, and own interest in language.
