The topic of this unit is lesson planning. It talks about why we should do lesson planning, and how we can do the lesson planning, and give us the lesson plan form to follow.
The reason why we should do lesson planning is that it's an aid to planning, it's a working document,it a record( once you can't take the class, other teacher may cover you.)
When we do a lesson plan, keep it simple, make the lesson plan maintain the main structure, keep it flexible and open to adaption and make it organized.
The following steps need to be included in a lesson plan: learner objectives,personal aims,language point,teaching aids,anticipated problems,procedure,phase, timing,interaction, class level, number of students, date/time, teacher's and observer's names.
