I have learnt about the qualities that a good teacher and a good learner possess. Also, I have acquired a deep understanding about how the language levels of a student are being distinguished. Truly speaking, I have a more clear understanding on the hindrance on students' learning progress. Though I am now working as a assistant for a learning centre, I have to admit that I have not had the time to identify all the problems behind. I think this part really broadens the way of how I think. I will try to change my roles continuously with the flow of the lesson so that my students can learn the most from me.
