This video lesson definitely shows the difference between an effective and ineffective language teacher. Also, the two video lessons shows the importance of the teacher's attitude towards the students. Most of the time when the teacher is not approachable and somehow intimiditating the students tend to be scared of sharing their ideas and participate actively in the lesson. On the other hand, an effective teacher must create a lighter environment that can help the lesson or the topic go smoothly. This video helped in making me understand more about the ESA and its structure.
