Class management is an important component part of effective learning strategies. Teachers and students need to build a healthy and positive environment to learn specific knowledges from each class. In this unit, I had learnt about the importance of various areas such as: eye contacts, gestures, the voice tone and various ways to deliver an effective class. Whilst grouping students is also critical for students to study together as a whole class, a paired work concept, an individual concept, and whole classroom involvement. We treat our students as fair and equal individuals. Even though, teachers are trained with knowledge and professionalism, but students are the main audience of the class. They need to be respected and cared on a professional level. Learning is a lifelong process, that's why it is importance for a teacher to care for his/her students on multiple levels.
