I feel like every lesson I learn more about why we do what we do and how to explain it to my students. This was definitely a lesson I would teach to more advanced to intermediate students and not as much to beginners just because of the complexity of it all. It was a good lesson though I would have to be very selective in who I teach it to according to their goals, though that should be the way with all the lessons that I teach.
