I believe that the introduction and the first unit were both helpful especially for starters like me. The topic was relevant and concise and was presented in a manner which it is not overwhelming for students. I learned a lot about the qualities of good teachers and how learners must be. It was also a great review of some of the important pointers that teachers should bear in mind in teaching. I particularly liked the roles of the teacher and how each of the roles are being utilized depending on what the situation requires.
