I really enjoyed this unit as it spoke about all types of learners. I mainly work with learners 1:1, this unit gave me great insight to factors I must consider while working with clients and when I deliver training sessions at another company- outside of my comfort zone. It also helped me understand challenges I could expect while teaching children (an area I am yet to explore). I also learnt what kind of questions I need to ask (to what detail) while performing a needs analysis for Business English learners.
