In this unit we took a look at pronunciation and phonology. How your intonation can completely change the meaning of a sentence, and systematically explained where to stress individual words according to the number of syllables they contain. We also went over the phonetic alphabet and took a look at the places of articulation - how and where in the mouth sounds are produced. The unit was a great read and included helpful advice on how to teach pronunciation.
