I think this unit was very interesting especially explaining sounds made by the mouth and experiencing the positions of the tongue, lips and parts of the mouth in making different sounds. I think the techniques for helping students take pronunciation problems was helpful .Unfortunately I think trying to teach phonetic script in this unit was over ambitious, not explained well enough and was rather confusing. I think this area needs an entire course of its own and in my opinion it should.be excluded from this unit.
