I appreciate the details about lesson planning. Each component is necessary for a lesson to be taught and received well. The "personal aims" and "self evaluation" portions did draw my attention. Often times, I put all my attention towards "Learner objectives" and overlook my teaching quality. I will be stating my personal aims from now on. It will be very helpful to have an observer giving feedback also.
