This unit covers the subject of teaching pronunciation and phonology. It begins with a short discussion on the importance and relevance of pronunciation and then phonology. This is followed by a section on phonology basics and concepts such as intonation and stress and ends with a look at the phonemic alphabet.The unit also covers the concept of articulation providing a detailed outline of its various sections. This also ends with useful ideas for use in teaching. I though the unit was quite informative.
