The use of video was helpful to show how the flow of the class will be effective or ineffective. The teacher's confidence in explaining and giving feedback in the second video made for a much more pleasant learning environment. In the second video, he engaged all the students and used as simple language as he needed to in order to give instructions and explain grammar points. He was positive and engaging.
