Unit 9 talks about lesson planning. Teachers have different ways of writing a lesson plan such as jotting down notes, logging details in class note books, however lesson planning should be flexible to accommodate students interest. Basic principle of lesson planning should be simple, should not be script,the lesson should be structured, there should be an anticipated time, there should be a free flow in the lesson, and the lesson should be flexible and open to adaptation.
The following should be included in a lesson plan; learner objectives, personal aims, language point, teaching aids, anticipate problems for students and teacher, there should be procedure, pase timing interaction and time level.
