Unit 2 was about parts of speech.This unit contains:nouns and their main types:common,proper,compound,abstract and collective.Nouns can be countable or uncountable.
Adjectives:comparisons and superlatives.
Articles:there are 2 types of articles in English:definite(the) and indefinite(a and an).
Verbs:action verbs and state verbs.
Transitive verbs:is a verb that is followed directly by an object
Intransitive verbs:is a verb that cannot be followed directly by an object
Adverbs:there are 5 main types:manner,place,time,degree,frequency.
Gerunds:is the ing form af a verb used as a noun
Pronouns:are words that are used instead_in place of more precise nouns or noun phrases.
Prepositions:time,movement and place
Conjunctions:join word or groups in a sentence.
So,as mentioned above,from this unit i learned about nouns,adjectives,articles,verbs,adverbs,pronouns,prepositions and conjunctions.
