I think lesson planning is a great way to keep a structured classroom. Lesson plans not only aid the teacher in keeping organized and on track but shows the students some flexibility. I do believe letting the students shape your lesson plans is important because the class as a whole learn in different ways. Personally in my teaching career i will follow the lessons plans and make changes as i see the classroom needs it. It is crucial in the success of the students to have a structured yet challenging and fun lesson plan.
