To select the appropriate course material, the teacher can use basically to main sources. The authentic material is taken out of our daily life and /or course books, which is created material to suit especially teaching purpose.
Course-books are good and tested sources and can provide suitable lessons adequate to the level of the students. Besides adding a stable secure source, a book can provide excellent material for grammar, vocabulary and language skills for the student.
The best mix of course material would be the use of the creation of material by the teacher, supported by a good course book and plenty of authentic material taken out of the practical use of the language.
