Teaching styles differ and learning styles do as well. I feel that this unit reminds us that we are life long learners and to consider that when approaching teaching and expectations from students at each level. Additionally, this course informs us of general descriptions that could be applicable to how we can see what stages our learners are at in order to teach lessons in a manner that meets students where they are to lead them to where they need to be and maneuver smoothly between teaching, coaching, mentoring, modeling, managing and more. The full list of what a "good learner" or "good teacher" is vast and the true "level" of a student can be hard to define, but this unit would be a good place to reflect upon when considering those definitions.
