In this unit, we learned about the present tenses. The most common form is the present simple which is used when talking about habits, facts, routines, etc. Other forms of present tense are present continuous, present perfect and present perfect continuous, which are best distinguished by the auxiliary words. Teachers need to distinguish the different forms in order to bring structure to the language.
