Unit 20 covered a few problem areas that many teachers will probably encounter during their teaching careers and gave advice on how to deal with such problems. The unit mostly encourage teachers to focus on students and their needs rather than on what is easiest.
I found this unit to be especially helpful on the topics of different levels, large classes, and reluctant students. As I am currently working in junior high school classes, I have many classes with 40 students and many shy students who do not want to participate. Each class has a wide range of English ability, so any advice on how to keep the weaker ones from panicking and the stronger ones from getting bored is helpful. I will try to use some of the suggested ways in my classes.
