In our final unit, we covered many problems that could possibly arise in the classroom. If students become reluctant to speak english or use their native tongue instead, confirm that you are explaining the lesson and directions clearly and according to the level of the class. One can also ask if the student would rather say it outside the lesson and then using a recording device to show where the student needs correction. In classes with level gaps, pairing the stronger students with weaker students could assist in bridging the gap but also giving different task and material to the groups could create individualized challenges for their level. In the end, there will be many problems and many triumphs. An educator must only take their time, speak slowly and clearly, have patience, and work with passion.
