This unit emerged in the many requirements of an educator in different teaching situations. How an educator teaching in a one-on-one class is required to be more personal and goal driven. How they must stay on track and asses the specific needs and goals of the student while assessing his strengths and learning patterns. We discussed how adaptable and upbeat a educator must be for a young learners class. How certain behaviors and assurances are required to encourage and inspire the students. Finally we discussed how different these experiences are to a business class. That there is an understanding that the students are adults with jobs and may miss or attend class exhausted from a long day. Also how they are in need of specific targeted language and vocabulary to assist them in their jobs. But nontheless all classes have one goal, learning english.
