I found this unit helpful in defining how many different methodologies there are and identifying which ones I use the most. As I usually teach adult students and it was interesting to be reminded that in this E.S.A approach that using games and word puzzles is a good option in the activation stage even when working with my lower level adult pupils. I found the Task Sheet particularly useful for this unit as it helped me analyse what activities/actions really belong in each stage of the lesson
