This unit is about teaching pronunciation and phonology. unfortunately, pronunciation is a neglected aspect of English language, even though for forgien students, one of their biggest fears is wrong pronounciation. I believe intonation is very important because as mentioned in the unit, it carries the message in a sentence. Students should be able to realize where the stress is situated in a sentence and the meaning behind it.
