In this lesson, I have learnt about how to manage the classes in many situations on the difference of the class size. Also I have been realized being good teacher not only good at grammar but also being a good entertainer will find my own teaching style.
Therefore , I have noticed that gesture , tone of voice and understand the student's cultures are very important while teaching.
Because student has a different level of their language level and it is very crucial to make it simple and make sure that the class is not boring and also provides a good interesting context with student equally. Not only understand their culture but also encouraging students in many ways such as we have to know why their objective, help them to be more confident and try to make a class fun and relaxed and prevent the behavior problems whist teach in the class and be strict with school's discipline too.
As a teacher, I understand that we can move the student for the benefit of each activity but this can be done within a reason in the lesson purpose and also help weak student work with stronger one can help each other to gain more productive in leaning English for students as well.
