This last topic is mainly on dealing with problems that may occurred in classes. First lesson rapport is important to understand students' needs and to set the tone for future classes. Like laying class rules and my expectations. I had taken note that i should start my classes with warmers to start my lesson on a good note. I think the use of native language would be the most common issue. Students tend to speak among themselves or to me in their native language. Personally, i encourage them to use simple English or do a mix of English with their native language. At least it is a starting point to incorporate English nouns/verbs repetitively.
