I had learnt the various types of roles i can undertake as a teacher. It will be a skill for me to balance my roles in the classroom appropriately. Being able to identify a good learner helps me to spot potential weak students and allow me to help them earlier. I have to be aware of differences in cultural learning.This will enable me to design lesson plans and deliver it effectively to my students. Learning about my students custom will foster a comfortable learning environment for them. I will need to be careful about the language levels used in different countries and prepare my materials appropriately.
