Speaking and writing are placed under productive skills, which makes sense. Because these two are the skills that makes us productive as a communicator. This lesson has built onto the building blocks of ESA. Now, i can see how accuracy has to be maintained during the study phase while activate phase is focused on fluency. Simply put, i teach during study phase and facilitate my students during the activate phase. It helps to build their self confidence at the same time. Providing constructive feedback after the activity, ensures i do not interrupt momentum of student interactions.
