This unit was rather interesting for me as I am a very creative person and enjoy learning about different ways I can bring my teaching to life. I believe this unit shed some light on how course materials can be used as a tool that allows for class to stay on a chosen path, yet stay up to date and interesting. I have always enjoyed textbooks in classes as a student, but I now feel I have a deeper understanding for what is and is not appropriate when considering how the material will affect the course work.
