I had learnt about the type of resources i could use to supplement my coursebook. I had to be flexible and deploy omit, replace, supplement and adapt to my coursebook according to the levels of my students. I may be able to do a composite class whereby different worksheets are given to different levels of students. I am made to understand that i should not just use the coursebook blindly and wholly. I still need to supplement the class with materials that catered to the needs and English levels of my students. I find that games like role-playing and crosswords puzzles are more likely to engage students.
