In this unit I learned a lot. Correctly pronouncing and articulating words is a very difficult task for new learners of the language as they might not have all of the sounds in their own language. Teaching phonetics and pronunciation should be done with a lot of patience and using the correct type of exercises. It can be tedious, but it is very important for the student to not only know the language, parts of speech and structure. Without the correct pronunciation they may still not be understood properly.
