I learned what it entails to be an adept educator and the characteristics of an effective learner. I ascertained that a teacher needs to adapt to different roles throughout the lesson, depending on the activity. As an instructor, I must involve and engage the students individually and as a group. I discovered the different language levels and the meanings of each one. Also, that dissimilar age groups and cultures will struggle with learning in different ways.
