Knowing everyone's name, giving stronger attention to those who do not understand the task and being random in selecting individuals for answers means to excel at individualized attention. The optimal way to give instructions is to hone in on a few central ideas. Such as using simple language, being consistent, using visual clues and checking the instructions. Establishing a rapport within the class builds success more easily and makes it more enjoyable for students. Maintaining discipline is also a factor of great concern in the classroom.
