In unit 20, I’ve learned the several common problems that teachers can encounter in their class and the solutions of them. The most impressive is how to deal with large classes. It is so different between large classes and small classes. When teaching large classes, teachers should give more whole class activities, pair work and group activities to make the practice more efficient. If more individual activities are given, some students will not be taken care of. Then discipline problem will happen. To avoid it, how to divide groups seems very important. Usually let the stranger ones with the weaker ones , and teachers should be clear in their mind to take care of the weaker ones more. In this way, we can make our class smoother and smoother.
