This unit refers to the relationship between learners and the teacher. In order to perform in a helpful and encouraging manner, a teacher must accustom themselves to the needs and the overall goals of the classroom. To give the students enough room to make errors and grow but not constrained to the point of embarrassment if such mistakes are made. There is a delicate balance in the classroom in which support and questions should be handled with respect and intrigue. The teacher is learning from the students just as much as the students are learning from the teacher. In conclusion, to maximize and lead a classroom environment the teacher must be flexible, understanding, encouraging and patient with said student. To put focus on teaching as much as letting the students put focus on the attempts at learning English.
